Get Started on Study Abroad

Undergraduate Business Education promotes the mission of the Study Abroad Office at the University of Miami to promote and foster international education and multicultural understanding. Study abroad experiences strengthen the global perspectives of each student and the greater campus community at UM. By studying abroad, University of Miami students gain the advantage of an enhanced academic background with an international dimension, opening the doors to exciting career opportunities.

It’s never too early to think about studying abroad.  Your academic advisor in the Office of Business Education will assist you in outlining your curriculum plan to determine your optimum time to go abroad.  You should begin researching study abroad options at least nine months before you go abroad. You may even start planning as early as your first year on campus.
