More than 50 School of Business alumni joined other business professionals, Dean Gene Anderson, and other School administrators for a special networking reception in Panama in April.
Nearly 200 School of Business alumni working in the real estate industry came together for an evening of networking in downtown Miami in November. The event was also an opportunity for current students in the School’s real estate programs to make contacts in their field of interest.
More than 140 mentors and students came together for an orientation in September to kick off the School’s 2013 Mentor Program. The program pairs South Florida business professionals with junior, senior, and graduate business students throughout the academic year.
Ruben Dario Lizarralde (MSPM ’99) was named Colombia’s minister of agriculture by President Juan Manuel Santos on September 11.
The School plans to launch an innovative weekend Executive MBA program that breaks new ground in MBA education and will uniquely focus on four key management themes – those of importance to individuals and organizations operating in or connecting with high-growth markets, particularly those of the Americas.
"Alumni from the School's Executive MBA in Health Sector Management and Policy program are invited to join us for an evening of networking, cocktails and hors d'oeuvres at this special reception, held in conjunction with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) 2015 Congress on Healthcare Leadership."
The School will host the fourth in its series of premier health care impact conferences, an unparalleled opportunity for the exchange of ideas on new technology in health care, the business of health care and the impact of changes in access to health care on the business community.
