The UMiami Consortium

The year-long UMiami Consortium program is designed to develop employees' strategic leadership and management skills. It is application-focused, theory-based and highly interactive. The program includes two week-long workshops and a year-long project allowing participants to make an impact on their company through an “action learning” team challenge. CEO’s participate on the last day by listening to team presentations and reacting to them, and by having their own exclusive half-day session on a topic of their choice.

The Consortium allows one company per industry and includes up to 10 companies per year. Each company selects a team of five participants. This program is project - based and is designed for high potential employee teams who strive for professional and personal growth in the areas below.
