Terri Scandura, professor of management, academic director of the School’s Johnson A. Edosomwan Leadership Institute, and dean of the Graduate School will present at the Fourth Annual Leadership Best Practices Conference Washington, D.C. Nov. 5, 2009. Scandura’s presentation, “Leading Change in an Age of Uncertainty,” will explain that during times of economic uncertainty, leaders must act like leaders. The session will also focus on how to keep your team engaged, aligned and committed through a downturn, as well as offer effective strategies for strategic focus, communication, and decision making.
