Johnson A. Edosomwan Leadership Institute
In times of change, what remains constant is the need for effective leadership. To help meet that need, the Johnson A. Edosomwan Leadership Institute at the University of Miami School of Business Administration delivers a series of leadership focused programs, products and services. With initial funding from UM alumnus Johnson A. Edosomwan, the Institute was founded in 2006 as an interdisciplinary initiative to help identify, assist and mentor world-class leaders.
The institute offers best practices-based programs and products to assist aspiring and experienced leaders in developing their leadership skills. The various programs, degrees, and events enable leaders at every stage of their careers to manage themselves more effectively, run results-driven organizations, and enhance human capital performance.

World-Class Faculty and Facilities
Faculty teaching in the Leadership Institute’s interdisciplinary programs are experts drawn from the University of Miami’s 12 schools and colleges. Programs are delivered in the School of Business Administration’s McLamore Executive Education Center, a state-of-the-art conference and education facility, with classrooms, breakout rooms for small group work and a dining room.
