The Washington Post The newspaper’s “On Leadership” Web section featured  research by Andrew Leone, chair and professor of accounting, which found that CEOs who are also the founders of their companies are much less likely to lose their jobs when their firms are cited for accounting irregularities compared to CEOs who are not founders. In those cases the CFO is more likely to get fired. Read Article
   
May 2009 HR Magazine –  An article about mentoring in the workforce included quotes from Terri Scandura, professor of management, who says leaders in most Fortune 500 companies see mentoring as an important employee development tool, with 71% having mentoring programs.
