MBA Concentration in Real Estate

The School offers an MBA real estate concentration for students interested in pursuing leadership roles within the real estate industry. Courses are offered in real estate law, real estate finance, real estate investment and appraisal, and project management and development.

As part of the concentration, students are required to complete an economic market analysis, feasibility study, and loan application package. Students may also take courses offered in the University's School of Architecture as part of the concentration. Learn More

The School, in partnership with the University’s School of Architecture – an international leader in livable community design that has been ranked No. 1 in the nation by New Urban News – offers a joint Bachelor of Architecture/MBA program. This program allows students to earn a Bachelor of Architecture as well as a Master of Business Administration. Master in Real Estate Development and Urbanism (MRED+U)

The multidisciplinary Master in Real Estate Development and Urbanism program brings together the strengths of the University’s School of Architecture, School of Business Administration and School of Law. The one-year graduate program combines the fundamentals of real estate development with livable community planning and design. Courses include real estate finance, market analysis, real estate law, land use policies and codes, construction and project management, public-private partnerships, sustainable development and entrepreneurship, among others.
