The School also regularly brings together business executives and thought leaders to share knowledge in key areas of business including real estate. In 2008, the School hosted South Florida Real Estate: Boom and Bust – Reflections on the Past and Realistic Perspectives for the Future. The event brought 12 prominent leaders from the region’s real estate development, banking, government, and education sectors, providing an opportunity for a candid assessment of the current state and future of the South Florida real estate market. An executive summary, transcript excerpts and PowerPoint presentations are available to the public on the post-forum Web site. A PDF version of the full report is also available.
