The discussion among the panelists participating in South Florida Real Estate: Boom & Bust - Reflections on the Past and Realistic Perspectives on the Future followed three opening presentations delivered by industry experts. Scott Sime, managing director at CB Richard Ellis reviewed the South Florida commercial real estate markets; Andrea Heuson, professor of finance at the University of Miami School of Business, reviewed real estate financial markets; and Charles Bohl, director of the Masters in Real Estate Development and Urbanism program at the University of Miami School of Architecture reviewed urban trends and future growth.
