Student Demographics
There is a rich blend of experience and abilities among students in the University of Miami's Executive MBA Program. Students come from all facets of the South Florida business community, including accounting, telecommunications, transportation, health care, banking, sales, marketing and manufacturing. The programs attract doctors, engineers, technicians, administrators, sales professionals, lawyers, architects and accountants. Generally, students in the MBA Program for Executives and Professionals have an average of eight to ten years of management or professional experience.
Most students hold a baccalaureate degree, although not necessarily in a business discipline. Some students already hold advanced degrees in other areas. Overall, these students are willing to work toward their personal goals and possess the determination and dedication to commit to a challenging program of study.
