Business Law Professor Featured in Top-Ten Lists by Worldwide Research Organization
A research article co-authored by Anita Cava, professor of business law, director of the Business Ethics Program and co-director of UM Ethics Programs, was featured on two Top Ten lists in December 2014 by the Social Science Research Network. The lists featured the most downloaded articles within the research networks of Public International Law and Multi-National Corporations.
The article, “The Penumbra of the United States' Foreign Corrupt Practices Act: Brazil's Clean Companies Act and Implications for the Pharmaceutical Industry,” was co-authored by Cava and Beverly H. Earle, professor of law, taxation, and financial planning at Bentley University.
