School’s Delta Sigma Pi Chapter Receives Multiple Honors from National Fraternity
The School’s Delta Sigma Pi chapter is the recipient of four Chapter Awards by the fraternity, which promotes professional and leadership development in universities across the U.S.
The School’s chapter was recognized with the fraternity’s Most Improved Collegiate Chapter Award at both the regional and provincial levels. The award is presented to the collegiate chapter that exhibits the greatest degree of improvement in its general operations, professional programs, and membership support as compared to the prior academic year.
It also received the fraternity’s Outstanding Service Award, in recognition of the chapter’s community service work with the American Diabetes Society and American Cancer Society. The School’s Delta Sigma Pi chapter also participated in initiatives supporting Relay for Life and Ronald McDonald House.
The Outstanding Professional Activities Award was also presented to the School’s chapter, which held information sessions for and invited guest speakers from such leading companies as Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, and Ernst & Young.
