Management Professor Receives Best Paper Award for Conflict Management Research
Todorova co-authored a research paper titled, “Can Conflict be Energizing? A Study of Task Conflict, Positive Emotions, and Job Satisfaction” with Laurie Weingart of Carnegie Mellon University and Julia Bear of the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
The award recognizes an outstanding field-based paper studying organizational, political or social conflict. Todorova and her co-authors will be presented with the award by Emerald Publishing and the International Journal of Conflict Management, the award’s sponsors, at the Academy of Management's Conflict Management Divison Meeting on August 11.
