Finance Professor Honored for "Outstanding Consistency" in Home Price Forecasts

Andrea Heuson, a professor of finance, has been recognized by the research firm Pulsenomics® for consistently providing one of the most accurate forecasts of future home prices made by leading experts.

Since 2010, Pulsenomics has conducted a quarterly survey among a distinguished panel of more than 100 economists, investment strategists, and housing market analysts regarding their 5-year expectations for future home prices in the United States.

Once a year, the firm honors those panelists whose forecasts prove to be the most accurate with a Crystal Ball trophy. This year, Heuson earned an honorable mention for “Outstanding Consistency” in the accuracy of her forecasts since the survey started. She has been in the top-10 nine times since 2010 and in the top-5 three times. She is one of seven experts recognized for the accuracy honor.
