Management Lecturer Recognized by Spanish Engineering University for Work on Disruptive Ideas

Alejandro Ruelas-Gossi, a management lecturer has been recognized for his research by the Research Centre for Corporate Excellence & Innovation at BarcelonaTech (UPC ), the largest engineering university in Catalonia.

The award, presented in June in Barcelona, recognizes Ruelas-Gossi’s research on disruptive ideas and the dissemination of his work.

The awards were established eight years ago to reward professionals for their involvement, work and results that benefit the prevention of occupational hazards.

Ruelas-Gossi has written several articles for Harvard Business School Publishing, which have been cited extensively and reprinted in several languages. His article “The Big T Paradigm” was selected as the one with the greatest impact on HBR in Latin America in 5 years.
