Health Sector Management and Policy
The Health Sector Management and Policy major is designed for students who aspire to pursue a career in health management and policy, in a variety of health care organizations and public settings. The major enables students to gain skills and understanding in the specialized language of healthcare and to comprehend concepts of management, financing, politics, law and ethics as applied to the healthcare sector. The major is also ideal for students intending to seek advanced degrees in health administration, health economics, medical sociology, or public health.
