Real Estate
A real estate major can earn either a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA). Majors are required to take 18 credits beyond the Finance Core (FIN 302). The major trains students to apply the theoretical and analytical concepts of finance to real estate lending, investment and development.

Students who have an interest in the marketing aspect of the real estate industry should also consider taking MKT 340 as the upper-core elective in their program. Students must be sure that they take all prerequisites. |
| *Students who do not already possess a valid real estate salesperson's license may want to take FIN 340 as their 300 or 400-level elective course because this course meets the State of Florida's educational requirement to sit for the state license exam. |
