I became interested in the field of Strategic Management during my MBA studies, which further motivated me to pursue a Ph.D. in this field. My research interest is the intersection of Organizational Learning, Dynamic Capabilities, Change Management, and Social Psychology literature.
I am interested to explore how organizations, as entities, would learn and adjust their belief structures, and what underlying social and psychological processes would account for such ongoing adjustments. Also, is of my interest, studying what are the costs associated with neglecting to update or adjust the knowledge structure of organizations in a timely manner from a strategic point of view.
