MEET THE ACADEMIC DIRECTOR

David Kelly head shot

David Kelly is a tenured Professor of Economics at the Miami Business School. He holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Economics from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.S. in Mathematical Economics from Wake Forest University. His research expertise is in climate change policy, design of environmental regulation, economic growth and the environment, adaption to climate change, and the economics of natural disasters.
