Biography

Joshua Espinosa is a full-time Lecturer in the Business Law Department and the Associate Academic Director of Business Career Resources at Miami Business School. 

Joshua joined MBS from the New York office of Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue, a leading law firm, where he specialized in Mergers & Acquisitions. As a corporate attorney, Joshua advised large corporations and private equity firms regarding corporate governance, joint ventures, restructurings, and other general corporate matters, as well as domestic and cross-border transactions in a range of sectors including technology, healthcare, energy, consumer products, and manufacturing. 

Joshua graduated from New York University School of Law, where he was an AnBryce Scholar, a William Randolph Hearst Scholar, a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Scholar, the Executive Editor of the NYU Journal of Law & Business, and the recipient of the Christian Jarecki Memorial Prize for Outstanding Work in a Law Clinic for his work in the Business Law Transactions Clinic. Prior to law school, Joshua received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Florida.
